Caspar, this is spot-on! I've heard many people say the same thing about taking calls in the office when they could otherwise be at home, so I completely agree that using 'intention' to see your team in the office makes perfect sense. Even if that's only 1 day / week, it's still effective if everyone can commit to being there.
